Your Tasks

• Prepare and define engine work scopes for the CFM56 / PW4000 engine models during shop visits, aligning with customer requirements, SR Technics technical standards, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all components of the (safety) Management System, fulfilling duties as outlined in the MOE and SMS Manual.
• Optimize work scopes in terms of performance, reliability, shop visit costs, and turnaround time while providing technical customer support for these engines during shop visits.
• Actively participate in problem-solving activities and initiatives to support operational excellence.
• Define and enhance technical standards and maintenance concepts for CFM56 / PW4000 engines and components, considering aviation requirements under EASA Part 145 and all related quality and commercial aspects.
• Support commercial departments with contractual matters, including removal plans and workscoping, as well as life-limited parts (LLP) management.
• Execute and participate in technical customer coordination meetings.

Your Profile

• Degree from ETH, BSc, FH, or HF
• Experience in the aviation engine MRO industry
• Fluency in English (level B2) and knowledge of German (level B2) is preferred
