Your Tasks

• Prepare and define engine work scopes for the CFM56 / PW4000 engines for shop visits, aligning with customer requirements, SR Technics technical standards, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all elements of the (safety) Management System, fulfilling related duties and responsibilities as outlined in the MOE and SMS Manual.
• Optimize the work scope in terms of performance, reliability, shop visit costs, and turnaround time, providing technical customer support during the shop visit.
• Actively engage in problem-solving activities or initiatives, whether by identifying issues, participating, or leading efforts.
• Define and enhance the technical standard and maintenance concept of the CFM56 / PW4000 engines and components, considering aviation requirements per EASA Part 145 and all quality and commercial aspects.
• Support commercial departments with contractual matters, including the removal plan and workscoping, as well as LLP (Life Limited Parts) management.
• Execute and participate in technical customer coordination meetings.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering (ETH, BSc, FH, or HF)
• Experience in the Aviation Engine MRO industry
• Proficient in English (level B2) and knowledge of German (level B2) is preferred
