Your Tasks

• Prepare and define engine work scopes for the CFM56 / PW4000 engine models during shop visits, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, SR Technics technical standards, and contractual obligations.
• Implement and maintain all elements of the (safety) Management System while continuously improving it, fulfilling related duties and responsibilities as outlined in the MOE and SMS Manual.
• Optimize the work scope regarding performance, reliability, shop visit costs, and turnaround time, providing technical customer support for these engines throughout the shop visit.
• Actively engage in problem-solving activities or initiatives, either by identifying issues or leading resolution efforts.
• Define and enhance the technical standards and maintenance concepts for CFM56 / PW4000 engines and components, ensuring compliance with aviation requirements as per EASA Part 145 while considering all quality and commercial aspects.
• Support commercial departments with contractual issues, including removal plans and workscoping, incorporating LLP (Life Limited Parts) management.
• Execute and participate in technical customer coordination meetings.

Your Profile

• Educational background: ETH, BSc, FH, or HF.
• Experience in the aviation engine MRO industry.
• Proficiency in English (level B2); knowledge of German (level B2) is preferred.
