Job Opportunity: Property Manager (M/F)

Our client is seeking to enhance their team with a Property Manager in the beautiful locations of Geneva or Nyon.

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Administrative and technical management of condominiums
• Presiding over General Assemblies and committees
• Preparing maintenance and renovation budgets
• Conducting property inspections and overseeing maintenance and renovation work
• Maintaining direct contact with co-owners and contracted companies

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in commercial employment or equivalent training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Swiss real estate agency
• Proficiency in French; knowledge of English and German is an advantage
• Ability to work autonomously, stay organized, and manage stress effectively
• Excellent presentation skills
• Swiss citizen or valid work permit
