Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio that includes well-maintained residential and commercial rental properties, as well as a small proportion of condominium ownership, primarily consisting of renovated properties or new builds.

• Provide support for tenants on all matters.
• Coordinate internal property management in collaboration with the responsible personnel.
• Make contractual adjustments, such as rent and contract changes, as well as offering assistance with option redemption.
• Maintain physical tenant files and master data.
• Manage ongoing data maintenance.
• Obtain offers and issue orders.
• Conduct property viewings, handovers, and inspections.

We Expect

• A federal certificate in real estate management or equivalent continuing education in the real estate sector.
• Several years of experience in the real estate industry with a basic understanding of tenancy law; solid construction knowledge is advantageous.
• A high level of customer orientation, professional communication skills, and a passion for working with people.
• Strong social competencies and the ability to work in a team.
• ICT affinity and a willingness to support ongoing digitalization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Rimo R5 is a plus.
• An efficient, precise, and structured approach to work.
• Fluent correspondence skills.
• A valid driving license B is essential.
• A responsible and discreet personality.
