Your Future Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage a portfolio of commercial properties, as well as mixed-use and residential buildings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
• Oversee all administrative tasks related to property management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient property management.
• Contribute to the marketing of commercial spaces.

Your Profile

• Possess a Federal Diploma in Property Management.
• Have proven experience in commercial management.
• Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and the ability to establish priorities.
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
• As a native French or German speaker, have a strong command of the other language.
