Property Manager (m/f/d) for Rental Properties

Property Management Position Available

Our client is a well-established property management company in the Solothurn region, and they are seeking to enhance their well-coordinated team by adding an experienced professional in property management.

Responsibilities

Your portfolio will primarily consist of rental properties, complemented by a select number of commercial properties. You will manage the portfolio competently from A-Z, engaging regularly with tenants, owners, caretakers, and service providers. Your duties will include:

• Coordinating and commissioning repairs, renovations, and general maintenance work
• Conducting apartment viewings and handovers
• Leading and supporting a property management clerk in daily operations

Your Strengths and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Further education as a property manager with a federal certificate (or nearing completion)
• Several years of professional experience in managing rental properties
• A structured and organized work style
• Very good German skills in both written and spoken form
• Enjoyment of professional exchange and collaboration within a small team
