Our client is a renowned real estate company located in the Zug region, boasting many years of experience, a dedicated team, and exceptional services in property management. Their exciting property portfolio is predominantly situated in the Zug region and surrounding areas. To strengthen their team, we are seeking a committed individual for the role of Property Manager.

Area of Responsibility

In this dynamic role, you will undertake a variety of tasks, including:

• Responsibility for the professional management of a diverse portfolio, focusing on rental and commercial properties as well as condominium ownership.
• Independent handling of all administrative activities.
• Expert support and advice for both owners and tenants.
• Leading condominium owners' meetings.
• Ensuring ongoing building maintenance and organizing external craftsmen.
• Contributing to the acquisition of new management mandates.
• Managing individual initial rentals.
• Carrying out representation tasks within the team.

You will receive active support from an administrative assistant. Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to take on various additional tasks.

Your Strengths and Experience

• A federal diploma as a property manager.
• Several years of practical experience in managing condominium ownership is essential.
