Our client is actively seeking to enhance their team with a talented Property Manager to be based in either Geneva or Nyon.

Position Details

• Location: Geneva or Nyon

• Activity Rate: 100%
• Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative and technical management of condominiums.
• Preside over General Assemblies and committees.
• Establish budgets for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Conduct property inspections and manage follow-up on maintenance and renovation work.
• Maintain direct contact with co-owners and contracted companies.

Experience and Qualifications

• Holder of a commercial employee diploma or equivalent training.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience within a Swiss property management company.
• Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English and German is an asset.
• Strong autonomy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage stress effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Must possess a Swiss or valid work permit.
