Project Manager

Venture Unit EAP

As a Project Manager in the Venture Unit EAP, you will support the team in new developments as well as process and product optimization. Your primary focus will be efficient planning, management, and implementation of projects in close collaboration with both internal and external partners. You will actively drive innovation, quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects from procurement to successful handover.
  • Ensure a transparent flow of information throughout the entire project chain.
  • Adhere to milestones, standards, and all quality, safety, and hygiene regulations during system construction.
  • Take responsibility for budgeting, specification, procurement, and scheduling of production and automation systems.
  • Prepare requirement and specification documents as well as cost-effectiveness analyses in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, development, and innovation projects.
  • Continuously improve processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Further develop existing technologies and establish new technical solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of external contractors and assembly teams.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree or completed technical education as a technical specialist (HF) or engineer (FH).
  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Confident use of project management methods and tools.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, lean management, and cleanliness standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Assertiveness, an agile mindset, and a strong team spirit.
  • Very good German skills (level C1) and good English skills (minimum B2).
