You will support our supply chain to ensure that new watch models are available in the right quantity, at the right time, and in the right quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product development, the purchasing department, and production planning regarding supply chains.
- Prepare handover to the purchasing department.
- Monitor master data, BOMs, and cost of goods in our ERP.
- Oversee delivery schedules of components through interaction with suppliers and the quality department.
- Manage projects using Smartsheet.
- Collaborate on various projects including double sourcing, supplier scorecards, and ERP improvements.
Who We Are Looking For
- Technical background with a commercial flair.
- Experience in product development and strategic/operational purchasing, ideally within the watch industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
- Reliable personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and keen awareness of figures and costs.
- Independent, structured, and conscientious work style.
- Initiative, negotiating skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluent in English and French (minimum B2), and German (minimum A2).
