Project Manager - Wearable Sensors VU (60 - 80%)

We are seeking a Project Manager to enhance our project management capabilities in support of our customer needs. As the Project Manager, you will lead customer projects from inception to completion, participate in technical meetings, and coordinate internal development and production activities within our Venture Unit for Wearable Sensors. You will serve as the key technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects while contributing to the overall success of the Venture Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical contact for customers regarding the development and production of electrodes in build-to-print and co-development projects.
• Develop, prototype, and validate new electrodes in collaboration with relevant specialists.
• Coordinate new projects across all involved departments within the company.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of customer projects.
• Maintain project documentation in the designated system.
• Manage warehouse activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Practical technical education (e.g., apprenticeship as a Polymechanic) supplemented with further education (e.g., HF Technician) and solid hands-on experience.
• Proven track record of managing customer or technical projects end-to-end.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes; experience with molding technologies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost controlling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Independent, self-driven, and possesses a hands-on working style.
