Project Manager - Wearable Sensors VU (60 - 80%)

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our project management capabilities to meet customer needs. You will lead customer projects from inception to completion, participate in technical meetings, and coordinate internal development and production activities within our Venture Unit for Wearable Sensors. Serving as the key technical contact for both customers and internal departments, your contribution will be vital in successfully delivering complex projects and strengthening the overall success rate of the Venture Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical contact for customers regarding the development and production of electrodes in both build-to-print and co-development projects.
• Develop, prototype, and validate new electrodes in collaboration with relevant specialists.
• Coordinate new projects with all involved departments within the company.
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of customer projects.
• Maintain project documentation in the designated system.
• Oversee warehouse management.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a motivated and customer-focused Project Manager who possesses solid experience in managing customer projects and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, best-in-class SoftPulse-based solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and thrives in a dynamic, technical environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Practical technical education (e.g., apprenticeship as Polymechanic) with further education (e.g., HF Technician) and solid hands-on experience.
• Proven track record in managing customer or technical projects end-to-end.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes; experience with molding technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost controlling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Independent, self-driven, and hands-on working style.
