We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dedicated team at Eurapco Academy. Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Oversee the organizational aspects such as scheduling, planning, administration, and participant communication related to programs and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials necessary for the Eurapco Academy.
  • Maintain organizational communications to ensure stakeholders are informed about Eurapco programs and events.
  • Support the development of training programs and events for the Eurapco Academy.
  • Assist the Head of the Eurapco Academy in day-to-day operations.

Your Profile

  • A degree in Educational Science or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within an educational or business environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a proven track record in stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one of the partner company languages (German, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, or Italian).
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe for moderating programs and events.
