Project Manager - Wearable Sensors VU (60 - 80%)

Venture Unit Wearable Sensors

As a Project Manager, you will support the growth of our project management capabilities to meet our customers' needs. You will lead customer projects from start to finish, participate in technical meetings, and coordinate internal development and production activities within our Venture Unit Wearable Sensors. Acting as the key technical contact for both customers and internal departments, you will help us successfully deliver complex projects and strengthen the overall success rate of the Venture Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical contact for customers regarding the development and production of electrodes in build-to-print and co-development projects.
  • Oversee development, prototyping, and validation of new electrodes in collaboration with relevant specialists.
  • Coordinate new projects with all involved departments within the company.
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of customer projects.
  • Maintain project documentation in the designated system.
  • Manage warehouse activities.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Project Manager with substantial experience in managing customer projects and a passion for delivering high-quality, best-in-class SoftPulse-based solutions. You will combine strong project management expertise with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a dynamic technical environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Practical technical education (e.g., apprenticeship as a Polymechanic) with further education (e.g., HF Technician) and solid hands-on experience.
  • Proven track record in managing customer or technical projects end-to-end.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes; experience with molding technologies is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost controlling.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Independent, self-driven, and hands-on working style.
