Project Manager - Wearable Sensors VU (60 - 80%)

In the Venture Unit for Wearable Sensors, you will support the growth of our project management capabilities to meet customer needs. As a Project Manager, you will lead customer projects end-to-end, participate in technical meetings, and coordinate internal development and production activities. You will serve as the key technical contact for both customers and internal departments, helping us successfully deliver complex projects and strengthen the overall success rate of the Venture Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical contact for customers regarding the development and production of electrodes in both build-to-print and co-development projects.
  • Lead the development, prototyping, and validation of new electrodes in collaboration with relevant specialists.
  • Coordinate new projects with all involved departments within the company.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of customer projects.
  • Maintain project documentation in the designated system.
  • Oversee warehouse management.

What We're Looking For

We seek a motivated and customer-focused Project Manager with solid experience managing customer projects, driven to deliver high-quality, best-in-class SoftPulse-based solutions. You should combine strong project management expertise with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and thrive in a dynamic, technical environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Practical technical education (e.g., apprenticeship as a Polymechanic) with further schooling (e.g., HF Technician) and solid hands-on experience.
  • Proven track record in managing customer or technical projects end-to-end.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes; experience with molding technologies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge in budgeting and cost controlling.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Independent, self-driven, with a hands-on working style.
