Position Available: Project Manager for the Eurapco Academy

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dedicated team. About the Position

The Project Manager at Eurapco Academy holds a vital role, reporting directly to the Head of the Academy. Working closely with the Head, the Eurapco Backoffice, and our business sponsors, the Project Manager is instrumental in executing our learning programs.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of programs, promoting program awareness, coordinating activities effectively, and maintaining timely communication with sponsors, speakers, and participants. Additionally, you will provide invaluable support to faculty, participants, and various stakeholders throughout the program’s duration, with potential international travel for on-site training modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage organizational aspects such as scheduling, planning, administration, and participant communication for programs and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the Eurapco Academy as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication to keep Eurapco stakeholders informed about programs and events.
  • Support the development of training programs and events for the Eurapco Academy.
  • Assist the Head of the Eurapco Academy with day-to-day operational tasks.

Your Profile

  • A degree in Educational Science or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in an educational or business environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the partner company languages (German, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, or Italian).
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe for program moderation and events.
