Project Manager Position at Eurapco Academy

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Oversee the organizational aspects of scheduling, planning, administration, and participant communications related to programs and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed for the Eurapco Academy.
  • Maintain organizational communications to keep Eurapco stakeholders informed about programs and events.
  • Support the development of training programs and events for the Eurapco Academy.
  • Assist the Head of the Eurapco Academy in daily operations.

Your Profile

  • A degree in Educational Science or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within an educational or business environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in English and at least one other partner company language (German, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, or Italian).
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout Europe for program moderation.
