Position Overview: Project Manager of the Eurapco Academy

As a Project Manager within the Eurapco Academy, your role is instrumental in executing our learning programs. You will report directly to the Head of the Eurapco Academy and collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the Eurapco Backoffice and business sponsors. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring seamless execution of programs, promoting awareness, effective coordination, and timely communication with sponsors, speakers, and participants. The position may require international travel for on-site training modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the organizational aspects such as scheduling, planning, administration, and participant communication for programs and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary materials for the Eurapco Academy.
  • Maintain communications to ensure stakeholders are informed about Eurapco programs and events.
  • Support the development of training programs and events for the Eurapco Academy.
  • Assist the Head of the Eurapco Academy in daily operations.

Your Profile

  • A degree in Educational Science or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of project management experience, preferably in an educational or business setting.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language from our partner companies (German, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, or Italian).
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for program moderation and events.
