Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for leading CRM system projects within the Service Division to optimize collaboration, productivity, and data quality, thereby supporting our service operations strategy. Reporting to the head of global CRM service processes, you will drive standardization by executing projects that develop, maintain, and improve global tools and processes for efficient service operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage small to medium system projects by overseeing end-to-end CRM system initiatives, including concept development, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Standardization: Define and implement CRM best practices, processes, and standards across business units to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the service network, various business departments, internal IS team, and external CRM specialists to align priorities and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Specification & Documentation: Develop clear functional and technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Rollout & Adoption: Plan and execute system deployments, including training and change management initiatives to drive user adoption.
  • Benefit Realization: Track, measure, and report on business impact, ensuring CRM initiatives deliver expected outcomes such as improved efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Your Background

  • University degree in Industrial Management, Information Technologies, or a related field.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
  • Broad understanding of service business processes and systems.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Project Management experience; Lean Six Sigma knowledge and Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Ability to lead interdisciplinary and international project teams.
  • Knowledge in Operations Processes, Operational Excellence, and Digitalization.
  • Familiarity with SAP4/HANA and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
