Job Opportunity: Project and Customer Manager
Ophtapharm AG is an FDA/EU-GMP certified manufacturer of pharmaceutical ophthalmic products. Located in Hettlingen (Winterthur), we specialize in the production of high-quality items, including sterile eye drops, eye ointments, and eye gels, which are compounded, aseptically filled, and packaged for the internal markets.
To optimally support our customers and manage the implementation or changes of their products, we are seeking a dedicated Project and Customer Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the "single point of contact" for the customer
- Support and take responsibility for customer products throughout their entire product lifecycle
- Evaluate new products, product changes, and new customers in collaboration with other departments
- Manage quotations for new products
- Oversee project management of the technical transfer of new products and significant product changes
- Report project status to management and the customer
Qualifications
- Applied Sciences (FH) or university degree in natural sciences (pharmacy), process engineering, or equivalent
- Substantial GMP experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer management in a similar setting
- Proven experience in project management, including leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Experience in sterile production is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Business English and German (both written and spoken)
