How You Can Make an Impact

• Manage assigned projects, including both software/products and infrastructure projects, along with the production of relevant project deliverables and artifacts.
• Identify project risks and issues, and escalate them where appropriate, in a timely manner.
• Manage the expectations and satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Implement effective change control by assessing project change impacts and ensuring that all parties are aligned.
• Track and update project resources and budgets accordingly.
• Develop and distribute timely status reports with key metrics to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow and align with the organization's processes, governance framework, and best practices.
• Engage in all stages of the agile development process, including planning, stand-up meetings, show-and-tell, and retrospective ceremonies.

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience: 2-5 years in delivering end-to-end projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of budget management and resource utilization.
• Organisation: Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment: Proven ability to commit to and deliver project outcomes.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile delivery methods such as Kanban and Scrum, including transitioning teams to agile practices.
• Certifications: Project management certifications (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) at foundation or practitioner level are appreciated.
• Agile Exposure: Familiarity with agile methods like Scrum and SAFe is desired.
