Join Our Team as Project Manager Outage (PMO)

We possess the capabilities to build turnkey power plants on greenfield sites, utilizing our proprietary technology alongside independent design, production, construction, commissioning, and service resources.
We are looking to strengthen our team in Baden, Switzerland, through your expertise and experience.
Your Tasks
- Lead international overhaul and inspection projects for combined cycle power plants.
- Ensure best-in-class results during all project phases: preparation, execution, and close-out.
- Take responsibility for dedicated project control in terms of time, cost, and quality.
- Ensure that all work is performed according to Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, and schedule requirements.
- Set tasks and priorities, including deadlines for the team.
- Monitor project execution performance and review targets related to time, cost, and quality.
- Ensure effective closure of feedback loops post-inspections and overhauls.
- Optimize the deployment of assigned resources.
- Collaborate closely with other Ansaldo departments, local service centers, field personnel, suppliers, and clients.
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering, with a strong educational or professional background relevant to the power plant sector, especially in GT power plants.
- A minimum of three years of experience in construction, commissioning, or servicing Combined Cycle power plants.
- Excellent management, planning, and budgeting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of gas turbines and combined cycle power plants.
- Customer service-oriented, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Motivating, reliable, and goal-oriented team leader, capable of proactive conflict resolution.
- Flexible and able to thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to travel worldwide as needed (up to 10% of the time).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is an advantage, and additional knowledge of Italian and French would be beneficial.
