Join Our Team at Ansaldo Energia as a Project Manager Outage (PMO)

We utilize our own technology along with independent design, production, construction, commissioning, and service resources to ensure excellence in every project.
We are looking to strengthen our team in Baden, Switzerland, with your expertise and experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead international overhaul and inspection projects for combined cycle power plants.
- Ensure best-in-class results during project preparation, execution, and close-out phases.
- Manage project control with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with Environmental Health & Safety, Quality standards, and scheduling requirements.
- Set tasks and priorities for the team, including deadlines.
- Monitor project execution performance and review targets related to time, cost, and quality.
- Facilitate feedback loops after inspections and overhauls.
- Optimize the deployment of assigned resources.
- Collaborate closely with other Ansaldo departments, local service centers, field service personnel, suppliers, and clients.
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering with a strong educational or professional background relevant to the power plant business.
- Minimum of three years of experience in construction, commissioning, or service of combined cycle power plants.
- Excellent management, planning, and budgeting skills.
- Knowledge of gas turbines and combined cycle power plants.
- Customer service-oriented with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Motivating, reliable, and goal-oriented team leader who can handle conflicts proactively.
- Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel worldwide as needed (up to 10% of the time).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of English; German is advantageous, and knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
