Main Responsibilities:
Publications:
Conduct systematic literature reviews and review manuscript-specific literature.
Develop manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals, adhering to submission guidelines.
Oversee the entire online submission and resubmission processes.
Critically appraise publications and related documents.
Prepare congress abstracts and presentations as needed.
AO ITC Reports:
Write internal reports, focusing on study-specific final and interim reports according to the AO ITC CE style.
Conduct literature reviews as required.
Audit the final data analysis set in collaboration with responsible internal partners.
AO ITC Documentation:
Support the development of AO ITC clinical investigation documents.
Review documents and provide copy editing services as necessary.
Customer Service:
Assist AO ITC CE's efforts, including providing English language support.
Offer additional medical writing services, including support for AO education programs.
Other:
Perform all tasks in alignment with the ISO 9001 quality management standard while actively contributing to the maintenance and improvement of the quality system.
Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the line manager to support operational and organizational needs related to the Quality Management System.
Main Requirements:
A master's degree in a biomedical field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees (MD, DVM, or PhD).
2 to 3 years of experience in clinical research and medical writing.
Familiarity with basic statistical methods (univariable tests).
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail and reliability, with a customer-focused mindset.
Flexibility and the ability to adhere to timelines.
Proficiency in English at a native or advanced level.
