Job Description
- Main responsibility for the reliable planning and execution of installation projects
- Passionately leading a team
- Financial and timeline responsibility for assigned projects
- Customer consulting and support
- Project controlling and ongoing process optimization
- Ensuring timely project handover to the client
- Coordination with site management and constructive collaboration with planners
- Creating and processing quotes and additional costs
- Preparing partial and final invoices
Our Expectations
- Completed vocational training as an electrician (EFZ)
- Planned or completed further education as an electrical project manager in installation and safety with a federal certificate or as an electrical installation and safety expert (HFP)
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- Very good technical understanding and good MS Office skills
- A high level of social competence, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as holistic thinking and action
- High customer and service orientation
- Team-oriented, solutions-focused, resilient, and flexible personality with a confident demeanor and good manners
- Enjoyment in having a large scope of action
