Job Opportunity: Indirect Procurement Project Manager
Join our team and play a vital role in securing and enhancing our systems and procurement processes within Indirect Procurement. This position is focused on aligning project management practices and ensuring effective oversight of project portfolios, facilitating prioritization, resource allocation, and alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce project management standards and best practices across procurement functions, including global reporting standards and process alignment.
- Define and implement standardized reporting and tracking frameworks for consistent project oversight.
- Align project processes and methodologies across regions and business units to ensure coherence.
- Perform category strategy compliance methodology and review.
- Lead initiatives aimed at indirect procurement cost reduction through governance and overarching support in strategy design and negotiation implementation.
- Provide centralized support for special projects, including stakeholder management and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within procurement or supply chain; experience in sourcing or supplier management is a plus.
- Strong capability to develop and communicate project management strategies and best practices tailored to procurement functions.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and workflows, with a focus on maintaining high data quality standards.
- Familiarity with the packaging industry or similar sectors, including knowledge of key players, strategic priorities, and risk factors in industrial settings.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English (C level) for both oral and written communication.
