Our client is a modern timber construction company based in the Canton of Lucerne, employing around 250 staff members. At the request of our client, we are seeking a Project Manager in Customer Service for Timber Construction.

Job Description

• Serve as the direct contact for customers and warranty orders in timber construction.
• Clarify contract law fundamentals and manage customer relationships.
• Process warranty and customer service orders in the timber construction sector.
• Instruct and coordinate service staff and subcontractors.
• Actively work to minimize damage cases.
• Maintain targeted relationships with customers and architects.

• Basic training in the construction industry with a commercial qualification.
• Professional experience in construction management.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAD is an advantage.
