To strengthen the team, we are searching for a dedicated individual to join us as a Construction Project Manager.

Job Description

In this exciting role, you will take on the responsibility of leading and organizing construction projects, which include single-family homes, multi-family residences, as well as commercial and industrial buildings. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating project teams
• Collaborating closely with internal and external specialist planners
• Managing scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance throughout the entire project duration
• Serving as the primary communication interface between clients, authorities, customers, contractors, and planners
• Supporting clients and tenants with project-related queries
• Managing 2 to 3 simultaneous projects, with the assistance of experienced site managers

Your ability to oversee complex projects while considering the needs of all stakeholders will be crucial for ensuring their success.

We Expect

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A qualification as a site manager or are currently in training for it
• A willingness to pursue part-time further training to become a site manager
• Initial experience as a construction or project manager in building construction (preferred)
• A structured and independent approach to work
• High social competence, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in teamwork with various stakeholders
