Project Leader

Your Tasks

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing new product development projects from start to finish. This includes ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and timelines, while also providing regular progress reports and addressing any deviations to management.

• Coordinate and assess both internal and external development partners, emphasizing expertise, efficiency, and quality.
• Facilitate core team meetings, reviews, and workshops, ensuring that full project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage actively in requirement engineering alongside product management, adhering to global standards and guidelines.
• Drive stakeholder management and foster cross-project cooperation, while continuously improving local processes and procedures.

Your Profile

• University degree in Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical background with relevant further education.
• 2-4 years of project management experience within a multidisciplinary industrial environment.
• Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., WBS, scheduling, risk management, DFMEA/PFMEA) as well as MS Project, MS Office, and SAP.
• Structured and independent working style, excellent communication skills, and confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in Italian, with English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
