Your Mission
- As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, plan and manage development activities to achieve deliverables within designated timeframes and budgets, adhering to the company's processes.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Estimate risks (using matrix and FMEA techniques) and drive mitigation plans.
- Represent ETEL R&D in interactions with customers.
- Monitor and report on project progress, focusing on quality, cost, and time:
- Plan and organize project reviews.
- Report development status to the steering committee, including any problems and proposed solutions.
- Manage project stakeholders effectively.
- Define and organize gate reviews.
- Propose and manage changes as necessary.
- Evaluate and assess project outcomes, ensuring the spread of successes and lessons learned within the company, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in engineering.
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.
- Proven experience in an engineering environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
- Experience in complex and international organizations is ideal.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (French is a plus).
