We Are Looking For:
A candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills, who is results-oriented and adept at synthesizing reports with a critical approach. The ideal individual will be a team player with leadership qualities, capable of managing conflicts and leading complex discussions involving multiple stakeholders, including inter-departmental teams and customers.

Your Mission:
- As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, plan and manage development activities to achieve deliverables within the specified time and budget, following the company’s processes.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Estimate risks (using matrix and FMEA) and implement mitigation plans.
- Represent the ETEL R&D team in customer-facing scenarios.
- Monitor and report on project progress regarding quality, cost, and time:
- Plan and organize project reviews.
- Report development status to the steering committee, addressing problems and proposing solutions.
- Manage project stakeholders.
- Define and organize gate reviews.
- Propose and manage changes as necessary.
- Evaluate and assess project results:
- Share successes and lessons learned within the company.
- Propose and initiate continuous improvement activities.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in engineering.
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.
- Proven experience in an engineering environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
- Experience in complex international organizations is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus.
