Your Role

To assist one of our key partners in Northern Switzerland, we are seeking a Project Engineer to aid in the planning and coordination of small to medium-sized construction projects. These projects may include site improvements such as building extensions, infrastructure works, and shelter installations.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, construction partners, and engineering teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, maintain cost control, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor construction and infrastructure projects on site.
• Manage project planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality factors.
• Effectively communicate with various departments and external partners.
• Support project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical background.
• Some experience in project coordination or construction management (internships or entry-level positions are welcome).
• High motivation to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in German and English (both required for daily communication).
