About the Role

You will join a team of around ten professionals managing 13 to 14 AI-related projects within a public institution. Your role will be central: facilitating communication, structuring information, and assisting the team in advancing projects under optimal conditions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to explore the behind-the-scenes of strategic AI projects in a collaborative and stimulating environment.

Tasks

On a daily basis, you will serve as the support and coordination point for the project team. Specifically, you will:

• Prepare presentations and communication materials (PowerPoint)
• Write meeting minutes
• Participate in documenting procedures for solutions in production (creating guidelines)
• Ensure internal and external communication regarding the AI projects

We Are Looking For

• A good understanding of the principles of artificial intelligence
• Enrollment in a Master's program (IT, project management, business, or related field)
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to structure information effectively
