Our client is a well-established and successful company specializing in electrical engineering. They undertake demanding electrical installations for both new and renovation projects, consistently demonstrating quality, reliability, and a commitment to collaborative partnerships. To strengthen their team, we are searching for a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Project/Construction Manager for Electrical Installations (80–100%).

Your Tasks

In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate complex electrical installation projects from initial planning through to successful handover. You will ensure professional, timely, and cost-effective execution while serving as the central point of contact for both internal and external project participants. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Independent management and execution of electrical installation projects.
• Planning, organization, and coordination of work on construction sites.
• Leadership and deployment planning of employees and trainees.
• Monitoring of quality, costs, deadlines, and occupational safety.
• Preparation of measurements, additional claims, management reports, and billing bases.
• Material disposition and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participation in construction and coordination meetings.
• Consulting and support of clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Close collaboration with clients, planning offices, architectural firms, and other specialist departments.
• Conducting acceptance tests and ensuring comprehensive project documentation.

Your Profile

For this dynamic role, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented individual with a harmonious blend of technical expertise and organizational talent, along with a strong customer focus. Ideally, you possess:

• A completed vocational training as an electrical installer (EFZ).
• Further training as an electrical project manager in installation and safety, electrical safety consultant, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in project or construction management.
• Solid knowledge of applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Proficient user knowledge of common MS Office programs.
• A structured, independent, and responsible working style.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• A confident and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Very good German language skills in both spoken and written form.
• A valid driver's license (category B).
