How You Can Make an Impact
- You will define and execute the digital roadmap for predictive maintenance and condition monitoring across Stadler's service ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-powered analytics solutions, integrating them into both existing and new fleets (including necessary hardware/software refits).
- Ensure commercial alignment of the program, manage budgets, and report progress to the Management Team.
- Monitor and steer relevant KPIs to measure impact and value creation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the program, engaging with stakeholders across Digital Solutions, Management, Maintenance Locations, Manufacturing, and Customers.
- Advocate for data-driven maintenance and digital innovation, effectively communicating the strategic value of predictive analytics and digital services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design, validate, and deploy machine learning models aimed at condition-based maintenance and operational optimization.
How You Will Contribute
- Proven experience in managing complex programs involving new technologies and process innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems engineering mindset, capable of translating technical insights into business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and levels.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen to drive sustainable digital business models.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital product development.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the railway industry, particularly in rolling stock maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based condition monitoring or predictive maintenance in industrial environments.
- Familiarity with AVIS (automated inspection vehicle systems) or similar technologies.
- Understanding of data science workflows and machine learning deployment processes.

Your Location
The Competence Center for Service Operations in Frauenfeld provides comprehensive overhauls, repairs, and modernizations. To successfully implement these services, various departments such as Production, Project Management, Engineering, and Logistics work closely and effectively together. Additionally, the site hosts important central functions of the Service Division.
