On behalf of one of our clients, a leading company in the industrial sector based in the Yverdon-les-Bains region, we are seeking several mechanical production operators (m/f) to support their ongoing development. We have been entrusted with leading this recruitment process and assisting in the successful integration of new employees.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the assembly line, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assembling battery modules for energy storage
• Performing final mechanical assembly according to established procedures
• Conducting mechanical assembly and module assembly into subpacks
• Connecting hydraulic circuits of the cooling systems
• Conducting functional and leak tests on the cooling circuits
• Performing various checks during the manufacturing process of battery modules

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Mechanical CFC or an equivalent diploma (mandatory)
• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the industry is essential
• Experience with hydraulic connections
• Team player with a strong sense of group cohesion

Additional benefits include a team bonus for those working in a 2x8 shift: earn CHF 100.00 per week worked in a team, totaling CHF 400.00 per month.
