Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Production and Development Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting both the manufacturing and development aspects of our solar cell production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment such as inkjet printers, screen printers, slot die coaters, and laser systems.
- Prepare and formulate inks and coating materials.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to support product development.
- Troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Document procedures, results, and findings clearly for internal reporting.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Solar Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in solar cell fabrication or similar thin-film technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with analytical and testing tools used in materials characterization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
