Job Description
As the Production Area Manager, you will oversee a production area that includes a team of 16 employees and 5 production means. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting employees in achieving their objectives and developing their skills.
- Ensuring the functionality and availability of machines to meet production goals.
- Initiating and leading various development projects to enhance the sector.
- Proposing and implementing concrete measures aimed at boosting productivity.
We Expect
- A vocational diploma in a technical field, complemented by continuing education (Federal certificate, Technician ES, or equivalent).
- Confirmed experience in personnel management within an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in French, with a solid understanding of German (level B2), or vice versa.
- Excellent skills in mechanics, automation, and pneumatics, ideally with knowledge of stamping.
- A solution-oriented personality that is flexible and possesses a strong team spirit.
- Natural leadership abilities with a talent for uniting and mobilizing teams for action.
