Position Overview

In this position, you will hold global responsibility for the training portfolio while delivering high-quality technical training programs. Your focus will be on ensuring that service technicians worldwide receive professional training delivered efficiently and with a strong customer emphasis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Product Trainer (70%)
    • Conduct hands-on workshop training sessions and theoretical classroom instruction for internal and external participants.
    • Provide training on assembly procedures, product functionality, and applications tailored to different target audiences.
    • Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly formats.
    • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and FAQs.
    • Ensure course content is current with product changes and updates.
    • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, service departments, and HSE.
    • Identify knowledge gaps and provide structured feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Training Coordination (30%)
    • Assess and analyze global training needs.
    • Develop and maintain the annual training calendar.
    • Set up, administer, and manage training sessions within the Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Communicate with participants via invitations, information sharing, and follow-up correspondence.
    • Coordinate schedules, facilities, technical equipment, and training materials.
    • Prepare and manage certificates, documentation, and invoices.
    • Provide administrative support to trainers.
    • Collect, evaluate, and analyze feedback to derive continuous improvement measures.
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize administrative training processes.
    • Maintain and update information platforms (e.g., SharePoint).

Your Background

  • Technical background through vocational training, technical school, or equivalent hands-on experience; additional pedagogical qualifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in training coordination and technical adult education.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and workshop experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation and instructional skills with a passion for knowledge transfer.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
