Position Overview
In this role, you will take on global responsibility for our training portfolio, overseeing the delivery of technical training programs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that service technicians worldwide receive professional, high-quality training that is both efficient and customer-focused.
Your Responsibilities
- Product Trainer (70%)
- Deliver hands-on workshop training sessions and theoretical classroom instruction for internal and external participants.
- Provide targeted training on assembly procedures, product functionality, and applications for various audiences.
- Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly formats.
- Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and FAQs.
- Ensure course content is updated in accordance with product changes and updates.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, service departments, and HSE.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide structured feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Training Coordination (30%)
- Assess and analyze global training needs.
- Develop and maintain the annual training calendar.
- Manage training sessions within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Communicate with participants, including invitations, information sharing, and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate schedules, facilities, technical equipment, and training materials.
- Prepare and manage certificates, documentation, and invoices.
- Provide administrative support to trainers.
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize administrative training processes.
- Maintain and update information platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
Your Background
- Technical background through vocational training, technical school, or equivalent hands-on experience; additional pedagogical qualifications are a plus.
- Experience in training coordination and technical adult education.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and workshop experience are highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation and instructional skills with a passion for knowledge transfer.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS platforms is advantageous.
