Job Title: Risk Assessment Manager
We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Production/Industrialization department. This role focuses on managing and leading product and process risk assessments within the Movements sector. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead product and process risk analyses, defining the corresponding control plans.
- Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the Movements sector.
- Provide methodological support in the application of quality tools such as PDCA, QRQC, 8D, etc.
- Promote the utilization of statistical analysis to optimize processes.
Your Profile:
- Engineering degree (HES or equivalent).
- Proven experience in project management.
- Proficiency in common IT tools and product/process quality methods.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a strong communicator who is autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
