Our team is dedicated to developing and operating myBühler, our customer portal platform that grants our customers access to a variety of services related to the products and solutions they have purchased. myBühler is Bühler's official award-winning customer portal, where users can find all their Bühler equipment, operational manuals, spare part catalogs, and much more. Among its many features, myBühler offers a personalized online shop where customers can request quotations, order spare parts, seek service engineers, or connect with Bühler.

Responsibilities

• In a scaled agile setup, work collaboratively with the Scrum team to ensure continuous value delivery aligned with the overall vision and roadmap.
• Engage closely with stakeholders within the Bühler organization, customers, and Product Owners from other Scrum teams to understand and refine requirements and identify value-adding solutions.
• Own and manage the feature backlog; define user stories and manage dependencies with other DevOps teams.
• Advise Bühler business partners on how to create valuable products and services based on the platform capabilities provided by you and your team.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration (University, FH, HF), or equivalent professional experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner.
• Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager for software products.
• Solid background in applying agile methods and the Scrum framework; experience using backlog and requirements management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). Familiarity with the SAFe framework is a plus.
• Strong affinity for high-quality user experience and user interface design.
• Focus on built-in quality with experience in continuous delivery.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English; fluency in German is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mobilize people without direct authority.
