Your Role
Are you client service-oriented with an eye for detail? Do you excel under pressure while maintaining a high level of risk awareness? We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist who will:
- Enter and review new and existing Special Conditions (SOKO) based on Front Office requests
- Implement SOKOs in the back-end systems
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of requests in a timely manner
- Advise and support our Wealth Management colleagues with SOKO-related inquiries
- Proactively liaise with Front, Back Office, and Pricing colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and experiences
Your Team
We are the first level of support for our Front Office colleagues concerning any Special Conditions inquiries. As Product Operations Specialists, we possess a broad and thorough understanding of banking products, particularly in Wealth Management. Your Expertise
- Fluency in German and English (oral and written). Proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.
- Banking experience with substantial product knowledge.
- Confident, motivated, and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach that delivers timely results.
- High risk awareness, aligned with a zero-tolerance policy.
- Effective relationship management skills, demonstrating situational awareness and a willingness to self-challenge.
- Excellent communicator, capable of building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships at all levels.
- Previous client services experience within the financial services industry.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work five days per week from the office.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outputs with accuracy and a high quality of service.
- Flexibility to collaborate with different teams based on business needs and shifting priorities.
