Your Role:

Are you client service-oriented with a keen eye for detail? Can you maintain composure under pressure while keeping a high level of risk awareness? We are seeking a dedicated Product Operations Specialist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and reviewing new and existing Special Conditions (SOKO) based on Front Office requests.
  • Implementing SOKOs in the back-end systems.
  • Ensuring the correctness and completeness of requests in a timely manner.
  • Advising and supporting our Wealth Management colleagues on any SOKO-related inquiries.
  • Proactively liaising with Front, Back Office, and Pricing colleagues to provide exceptional client service and experience.

As the first level of support for our Front Office colleagues regarding Special Conditions inquiries, our team possesses a broad and deep understanding of banking products, particularly within Wealth Management. Your Expertise:

  • Fluent in German and English (both oral and written); proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.
  • Banking experience with strong product knowledge.
  • Confident, motivated, and adaptable with a can-do attitude, particularly in rapidly changing environments.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach that yields timely results.
  • High risk awareness and commitment to a zero-tolerance policy.
  • Effective relationship management skills, capable of demonstrating situational awareness and challenging the status quo when necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships at all levels.
  • Prior client services experience within the financial services industry.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating high flexibility, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to work five days per week from the office.
  • Capability to deliver outputs with accuracy and a high quality of service delivery.
  • Flexibility to collaborate with various teams based on business requirements and changing priorities.
