Job Opportunity: Product Marketing Manager
Art Basel is searching for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing growth and development of a dedicated product group within our esteemed portfolio. This role operates under the guidance of the Senior Product Marketing Manager, functioning within defined portfolio-level positioning, growth lifecycle, and KPI frameworks.
The ideal candidate will excel in combining clarity of positioning with disciplined performance execution, ensuring robust market adoption, user engagement, and long-term product sustainability.
Your Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Audience Ownership
- Refine product positioning within established portfolio frameworks to ensure clarity and resonance for target audiences.
- Articulate clear value propositions for defined audience segments associated with the product.
- Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives aligned with portfolio lifecycle strategies to enhance awareness, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure consistency between product positioning, audience strategy, and commercial objectives.
End-to-End Product Marketing Delivery
- Lead comprehensive product marketing execution for assigned products, transforming portfolio frameworks into effective go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with CRM, digital, and data teams to develop structured acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
- Define launch tactics and adopt strategies for new initiatives, features, or product evolutions.
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable campaign and performance roadmaps.
- Implement and monitor defined KPIs across all stages of customer engagement, providing structured performance feedback and optimization recommendations.
Growth & Continuous Optimization
- Drive audience growth and engagement through performance-driven marketing tactics.
- Analyze performance data to refine marketing approaches for maximal impact.
- Propose new ideas and opportunities for optimization to enhance product performance within existing frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Communications, Partner Marketing, and Fair Marketing teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Align strategic direction with operational execution in partnership with project managers.
- Contribute to leadership presentations and product positioning materials as needed.
Budget and Financial Accountability
- Manage allocated product marketing budgets within approved portfolio parameters, ensuring disciplined execution and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain structured reporting on performance metrics and growth outcomes.
- Ensure financial accuracy aligns with broader portfolio priorities.
Your Profile
- 5-8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or brand-led environments.
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end product marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and conversion strategies.
- Experience in cross-functional and international environments.
- Analytical and performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
