Product Manager - Restoratives (100% Full-Time)

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager for our Restoratives division. This role involves developing and executing product strategies while overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Education, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis
  • Create business cases and financial models
  • Manage product launches and ensure regulatory and quality compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners
  • Manage product budgets and resources
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to develop product strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Technical & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental product technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Project Management: Strong project management abilities with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting for product financial performance.
  • Industry Experience (Preferred): Background in dental manufacturing, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors is desirable, though transferable skills will be valued.
  • Regulatory Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality assurance processes is an advantage.
