Product Manager - Restoratives (100%)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team, focusing on Restoratives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and execution of product strategies while collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Education, and Manufacturing.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis.
  • Create business cases and financial models.
  • Manage product launches.
  • Ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners.
  • Manage product budgets and resources.
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies, manage successful product launches, and drive revenue growth.
  • Technical & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental product technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven data-driven decision-making capabilities with proficiency in analytics tools to assess product performance and market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting to support product financial performance.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are required.
  • Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in dental manufacturing, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors is beneficial, though candidates with transferable skills will also be considered.
  • Regulatory Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
