About the Business Unit Process Analytics
The Business Unit Process Analytics is dedicated to developing, producing, and distributing cutting-edge process measurement technology for clients in the biopharmaceutical, chemical, and brewing industries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters, such as pH value, oxygen levels, and cell density—elements vital to biological processes and distinguished globally by their innovative technology.
Your Impact
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle—from concept to phase-out.
- Identify market and customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure product success.
- Drive strategic portfolio development by identifying growth opportunities, technological trends, and new applications.
- Own the business case: conduct financial evaluations, define priorities, and support decision-making for portfolio and roadmap planning.
- Represent the portfolio in internal committees and externally with customers and business partners.
Your Qualifications
- Several years of Product Management experience, ideally in the Biopharma/Biotech environment or with technical and regulated products.
- A proven track record in portfolio management and product strategy.
- A degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field; additional knowledge in business administration or marketing is highly advantageous.
- Strong customer focus with a willingness to travel (approx. 30%).
- Solid technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
- A high level of responsibility, a structured approach to work, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
