Your Responsibilities

• Develop competitive, creative, and profitable customer proposals with precise cost and pricing calculations.
• Ensure contracts, offers, and GTAs are of high quality, accurate, and aligned with proposal requirements.
• Coordinate and document assumptions with Product Management and relevant departments, especially when diverging from standard processes.
• Collaborate with Sales to support and conduct negotiations during the proposal phase.
• Facilitate a smooth handover of contract details to execution teams post-signature.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and partners while maintaining deep product knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-mortem analysis and proactive enhancements to tools and processes.

Your Profile

• A degree in engineering or business administration, with strong financial and commercial acumen, and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within aerospace or a similar industry.
• MRO and/or engine knowledge is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A self-motivated, precise, and responsible work style, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP.
• Fluency in English (C1); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
